1. Frugal’s Survival Forums are for discussion and educational purposes only.
2. The owner is pro-American, politically conservative and does not support any illegal activities.
3. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by using the “Report Post” icon at the bottom of each message posted. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
4. No flaming. Passionate discussion will bring out the best and the worst in people. Most everyone crosses over that line from time to time and posts something they wouldn’t have normally, however, habitual flaming is unacceptable. Dispute the 'message', however, flaming the ‘messenger’ will cause you to be banned from Frugal’s Survival Forums.
5. Frugal’s Survival Forums does not support racism. We do understand the need to discuss issues related to different ethnic groups and expect participants in these discussions to comport themselves with respect toward one another. Pointless racial discussions will be deleted.
6. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
7. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not the views of Frugal’s Survival Forums or any entity associated with this discussion forum.
8. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Frugal’s Survival Forums to post any material which is knowingly false and / or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any law. The discussion of illegal activities is not allowed. We reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever.
9. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you.
10. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us blameless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
11. We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
12. Any attempts to hack or damage Frugal’s Survival Forums or Frugal's Homepage for Patriots, Survivalists, & Gun Owners, will be immediately reported to the proper authorities.
