To make pull apart rolls that are fresh and delicicous (the are the first bread to go at all of the pot lucks I go to.) is very simple. All you need are muffin pans, something to oil or grease the pans , and canned or tinned biscuit dough you get in refrigerated section. I get the 4/100 thouse aren't buisckets are they cheepo brand.
You open the can take out a biscuit (after you preheat the oven to 350 and grease the muffin tins) you (for small buiscets) pinch or pull the buiscet in half and roll it in to a ball place 3 for clover leaf 4 or more balls into the muffin tin. bake for 7-10 mins.
The way I do it in a toster oven is 5 on bake 5 on broil and watch like crazy. When light brown they are done.
(the more you want to stuff in the muffin tin the small the ball you need to make.)
Variations. you can put any kind of seed on them poppy , sessimie, ect. (if you eat it it will taste good.)
Also you can take one of the biscuit and strech out and line a muffin tin. cover the bottem and sides with the buiscet. The break an egg into the muffin tin on top of the biscuit already there. sprinkle with any seasoning you like . bake for 5 mins or so and broil for 5 mins or so. watch carefully and you now have a openfaced egg sandwich.
Cinniman biscuits: Place a can of inexpensive biscuits in a pie pan greased with margerine or butter (this is important you want a buttery flavor not oily or greasy here.) mix several teaspoons of sugar with one or less of cinniman. (this is a good way to learn to eyeball it. I ussully like a one part cinniman to 4 parts shugar but I LOVE cinniman.) Dot biscuits with margerine or butter and sprinkel on cinniman and shugar mix. bake for 5 min on bake and 5 on broil if in a toster oven . 10 total in a regular oven too but less time on broil. Enjoy.
