Only once or twice [Toilet Claw]
What kinda coffe do you use? I use coffee packs from MRE's. Works everytime I'm low on Folgers

Usually Folgers and Lee and Perrins. Great for brisket and to put in cans for dancing chickens.

Somewhere I have a really nice recipe for potroast. Maybe it'll turn up...as I recall you smothered a beef roast with a can of mushroom soup, about a cup of strong coffee, couple of teaspoons of worchestershire sauce, celery salt and garlic. Cover tightly with foil. Refigerate overnight then bake slowly (325 degrees) for 2 hours. I made it a few times, this recipe is close. It makes a nice gravy. BG
