give it a slight rap like a baseball swing with the tip on a solid objet then hit the back side of it on the floor this should losen it. Have it wound up like on a spring.or you are windinding it up Amazing the psychological advantave it gives you. Iam sure it is only because it is new new..

You can bump it a few times on the bottom of your shoe and roll it around as you bump it and that will work. I was on a call one time and the officer with me delivered a common peroneal strike on a guy that I thought would drop him like a rock.
