This is the easy way to make a quick Brunswick stew. It's pretty good for just opening cans.
1 can Castleberry barbecue pork
1 can Castleberry barbecue beef
1 can Swanson white chunk chicken
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can Luck’s pinto beans
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
¼ c. ketchup
3 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 (15 oz.) can water
Open cans, dump in a pot and heat. Stir enough so the chunks of meat break up. Serve with a good bread.
